About my personal background .... Before training as a therapist, I worked as a university researcher in global health, and before that, in the UK Civil Service and in a human rights organisation. Beyond work, I love nature and the outdoors and am a keen walker, cyclist and swimmer. I've been doing yoga for over 20 years and have found it a great support in my own life so am very happy now to share it with others. I've also had my own personal therapy for many years so I know something of the experience from your chair too!
