Individual yoga therapy is a great place to start if you are new to yoga, if you have a particular physical or mental health concern that you would like help with, if you aren't sure what kind of yoga would suit you, or if you are just a bit wary of group settings. Working with you on a one to one basis, I can design a personalised programme which combines all the different practices - physical, breath, mindfulness/meditation and relaxation - in a way that's tailored to your particular needs. An initial yoga therapy session usually lasts 1.5 hours and includes an assessment. After that, sessions can be for either 1 hour or 1.5 hours, depending on your preferences and time availability.
